Monteloro is a little village of the countryside around
Firenze, at the back of Fiesole hill (about 20 minutes from the centre of
the town).
The Property is named "Il Portico".
The owners live in the main house.
In
front of an ancient farmerhouse which dates back to 1500, three confortable
apartments have been build in the old hay loft. The central part of the building
is the most ancient and it seems that in fifteen century it was a custom point.
The
complex restored with great care and taste, is set in the hills surrounding
Florence (about 15km from the centre of the town and 8km from Fiesole). Extensive
views and paceful position. Large garden with olive trees.
The
apartments share the swimming pool (6x12m) with the main villa where the owners
live. Private areas with garden forniture equipped for apartments guests. Satellite
Tv, private heating with counter. Telephone and Internet point available at
the owners house.
